PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This positing includes Paid holidays, insurance, vacation as a full time position.

The Standard Jobs Coordinator will work closely with the Service and Product Support teams. This position is responsible for building Standard Jobs to provide our Sales and Product Support teams with service repair options to provide our customers. This position is responsible for developing metrics and utilizing system resources to provide data reflecting standard job usage, labor efficiency and profitability of repair offerings and standard jobs. This position will also serve as back up to the Maintenance Contracts Specialist.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Create and Maintain Standard Jobs in GPAX

  • Ensure Standard Jobs training provided to service operations team to maximize usage and profitability

  • Maintain visibility and provide data on Standard Jobs variance and usage

  • Understand and utilize repair option program development tools provided by CAT

  • Create consistent service offerings for use at all Construction Service branches

  • Develop and document effective and efficient processes of specific job operations related to this position

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with service teams

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education : Two-year graduate in business related field or High School graduate with three years of experience in related field

Work Experience : 3 years of dealer experience (preferred) or related work experience, familiar Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft SharePoint

Physical : Must be able to sit for extended periods using PC and telephone. The following may be required: extended periods of standing on hard surfaces, climbing on equipment, daytime or nighttime driving, overnight travel

Other : Exceptional verbal and writing skills, must be able to work independently, understand and implement continuous improvement concepts, strong working knowledge of MS Suite including excellent Excel skills and proficiency with PowerBI (preferred)
