Job Description:

A successful candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented and solution-oriented person with a positive can-do attitude who can efficiently perform administrative responsibilities as assigned, including writing, ordering and scheduling.
Responsibilities
Keep customer accounts up to date with various forms of data entryProcess new orders, either by creating sales order or work orderCompletes accounting transactions by verifying and correcting transaction information; scheduling and preparing transactions; posting to ledgers and journals; obtaining authorizationsNew Customer/New Vendor Setup, setting up W9s, certificates of insurance etc.Resolve customer questions related to invoices and contracts, make adjustments as needed Keeps accounting information accessible by sorting, filing, and retrieving documents.General assistance to PresidentAssist with answering phones as needed
Qualifications
Strong computer skills with a proficiency in web applications and the Microsoft Office suite.Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong capacity to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Ability to learn quickly and work at a quick pace with a results-driven mentality.
