SAP COE O2C Business Analysis Specialist at PPG INDUSTRIES INC in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

As a SAP COE O2C Business Analysis Specialist You will be part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence supporting SC&M SAP ECC system and projects. You will have an expertise in Order Management (SD) modules with implementation experience in integrating with external applications for Contract, Pricing and Quoting, CRM, Transport Management. You will be required to implement business solutions based on user requirements analysis. Propose, program or configure, document and test business solutions according to the functional and technical requirements following SAP standard and our foundational SD template as closely as possible. You will liaise remotely with many your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in Cranberry, PA office.

Key Responsibilities

• You will help build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and partners.
• You will need to quickly develop good understanding of our SC&M template (within 1 - 3 months).
• You will build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 - 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning.
• You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is followed as closely as possible.
• You will coach, lead, and support junior members of the project, but also govern external consultants, so they follow PPG standards.

Qualifications

• A 4 year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required.
• Min 12 years' experience with strong process knowledge of SAP Order Management.
• Knowledge of business processes within the Order-To-Cash area
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
• Played a Senior Consultant role in multiple SAP SD implementations

• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
• Participation in SAP SD implementation as Senior Consultant.
• Integration, knowledge of SAP CPQ tool or Vertex.
