Job Description:

Sr. Requirement Modeling Engineer will be involved in the development of the SysML/UML models for existing and new vehicle features. The Engineer will be responsible for requirement modeling using IBM Rhapsody and related tasks. This includes analysis of existing requirements or functional objectives to identify use cases, decomposing the use cases into activity and sequence diagrams, build and simulate model to perform manual and automated validation. The responsibilities include AUTOSAR compliant auto code generation from UML model, develop the UI using WPF and integrate UML code with WPF to create executable specification. Responsibilities also include maintaining all related artifacts in IBM Jazz platform and establish traceability between different artifacts. The candidate will support Requirement Modeling teams to setup processes / method / tools in ASPICE. Track, monitor, and report on the status of quality and process improvement efforts. In addition, the engineer will also interface with other vehicle teams and suppliers. The candidate must have the desire to learn new processes and technologies. Summary of Responsibilities: Perform, support the execution of model based system engineering related tasks, for example: Requirement Analysis, Use case identification and development in SysML modelo Decompose the Use cases into activity and sequence diagrams in SYSML modelo Build and simulate the SysML model Preform manual and automated validation using model and report issues o Hand-off SysML model to UML Modelo Develop UI using WPFo Auto-code generation and Integration with WPF UI, VEOS and base software of actual ECU Monitor the System development process to ensure design quality by confirming development team's adherence to ASPICE standards. Support all internal and external audits/assessment in the project regarding preparation and follow up on findings related to industry standards for safety and quality Coaching of the project management/team regarding internal processes and Automotive SPICE Learn the System development process and workflow and strive to maintain those guidelines Continuous review and improvement of processes, procedures, and templates Perform internal audits and evaluations, help assure quality of work products and process activities Support product development as member of cross functional team Perform peer Review to assure STELLANTIS requirements are supported Participate in requirement issue discussion with other teams Create and maintain bi-directional traceability of artifacts in IBM Jazz platform Actively participate in model based system engineering workgroups, as assigned, to support development or improvement in processes
