Job Description:




Position Summary/Overview:



The Enterprise Business Systems - Principal, Integration Lead will be responsible for application, data, and integration solutions for CoreLogc's back-office functions with an emphasis on both Salesforce and Oracle enterprise businsess applications. The integration needs are primarily focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based commercial software applications for CoreLogic's Enterprise Business Application group, such as ERP, CRM, Billing, and various Product services/systems - supporting primarily Lead to Sales business processes


The successful candidate must have skills to work with all levels of the customer to explain concepts, maintain continuity across the different work streams of complex data projects and programs as well as manage both development/support FTE's as appropriate


This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization



Job Qualifications:




Responsibilities:



  • Lead integration activities including discussions, design and architecture for strategic cloud, and on-premises enterprise solutions, engaging various CoreLogic business and technology teams as necessary

  • Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices

  • Develop and maintain the technology stack to include commercial or open-source integration platforms. Preferred integration platform experience will include Salesforce and related tools (i.e. MuleSoft or like applications). Experience with Oracle platforms would be a bonus

  • Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture. Communicate project status to various levels of management

  • Partner with leaders of other disciplines to ensure proposed solutions align with information, technology, infrastructure, business and security architectures

  • Oversee development and support of batch and back-end processes related to the integration application portfolio

  • Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution

  • Document and diagram current and future state integration processes across business applications.

  • Inventory and maintain an Integration repository across segments to promote reusability. Create or review and approve Integration designs for projects

  • Research and monitor technology trends and methodologies to simplify and to deliver faster integration services

  • Expand integration monitoring and alert capability





EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS



  • BA/BS degree preferred, and 7+ years of relevant work experience with middleware or applicable cloud integration technologies. Additionally, knowledge of PaaS toolsets especially helpful

  • Experience with CRM/ ERP / HCM systems, such as Salesforce, Oracle e-Business suite, and WorkDay. Cloud experience on Oracle platforms would be a plus

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture standards, frameworks, and practices

  • Experience working with APIs from commercial software applications, such as CRM or ERP systems

  • Knowledge of common system integration methods and technologies including Web services, SOAP, JSON, XML Schema Definition (XSD), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Business process automation and orchestration tools and software

  • Expertise in solution design and development, vendor management, enterprise application support, in addition to strong business understanding and project management

  • Experience with the implementation of Continuous Integration practices and tooling to support automated build, delivery, and regression test of commercial software

  • Strong experience in IT business operations related to software development, systems design and deployment or technical architecture

  • A passion for all things tech and has a drive to experiment with new technologies to see where they can benefit the business

  • Established project management skills and communication skills




Annual Pay Range:

135,900 - 150,000 USD
