Job Summary

Flagstar Bank is looking for an intern to join our Customer Engagement team over the summer. As a Flagstar Intern you will have the opportunity to learn the daily functions and operations of our Customer Engagement department. During this time, you will interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience by working alongside our team to learn our processes and improve efficiencies while expanding on the core concepts introduced throughout your college classes. Throughout your internship you will participate in multiple engagement sessions designed to enhance your career outlook, communication skills, and business knowledge.


Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $15.13 - $19.49



Job Responsibilities:

• The Talent Management Intern will be responsible for the supporting talent management hiring, onboarding, engagement and analytics programs
  
  


• Support the implementation of key human capital programs and initiatives.
  
  


• Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for various stakeholders.
  
  


• Support administrative tasks such as booking/coordination of engagement events, physical/virtual trainings and programs, project meetings, internal meetings, and documentation
  
  

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent Required
  
  


• Current student or recent graduate pursing a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, IT, or related area of study required
  
  


• 
  Intermediate/strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite; analytical mindset; extremely detail-oriented; interest in human resources, reporting &/or technology fields; ability to work independently; previous customer experience/contact center experience preferred.

• Able to demonstrate solid writing and verbal communication skills
  
  


• Highly organized and have a strong attention to detail
