The Project Executive will support the company in the Design Build & Restoration divisions. In this role, the Project Executive will be responsible for the overall management of a project from beginning to end by meeting or exceeding the goals. These goals include customer satisfaction, safety, quality, profitability, and schedule. To ensure these goals are met planning, organizing and management of activities, including the establishment of the project schedules and post-project activities.

What You Will Be Doing - Responsible for overall project design and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, project control while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Will need to write subcontracts and prepare scopes of work
-Project organization and administration is crucial, since the PX is responsible for all engineering, accounting, cost control, quality assurance, and project closeout on assigned projects
- The PX must know the plans, specifications, estimates, cost reports and the contract for assigned projects
- Determine the overall construction schedule and preparation of the detailed CPM schedule
- Supervise all subcontract work, procurement, coordination, performance, and final payments
- Establish and maintain satisfactory relations with the Owner and Architect: obtain approvals, change orders, extra work orders, requisitions, and acceptance of work
- Review and approve all requisitions, purchase orders, and cost codes to exercise control over all expenditures
- Review subcontractors field supervisory personnel and workforce for adequacy to meet schedule requirements and ensure subcontractor compliance
- Hold weekly meetings with subcontractors, owner, and architect on all assigned jobs
- Attend stakeholder appropriate meetings, i.e. project meetings, owners meetings, etc.
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a technical college degree
- Minimum 10 years construction or contracting project management experience, with field or estimating experience preferred.
- Comfortable to work in both an office and on-site construction project environment
- Ability to travel, valid drivers license
- Proficient in computers, experience with construction project management software
- Aptitude to work as a team player with strong planning and organizational skills
- Responsible for obtaining profitable project results through your project management skills on current projects
- Strong Communication skills required up through senior management down and across organizations to motivate and explain
- Demonstrated experience in directing complex projects from concept to completion
- Proficient software skills in MS Office and Project
