What You Will Be Doing -Manage all phases of construction from initiation through close out completion of assigned projects.
-Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
-Partner with project leadership including coordinating with internal project coordinators, project engineers, client vendors and design team to assure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Maintain effective communications with internal customers, project team and management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as government and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of detail and accuracy. Ensure all project closeout requirements are completed and submitted to owner for client sign off.
What You Need for this Position -8+ years of experience
-BS/BA degree or higher in construction or real estate
- Project Manager
