We are a well established general contractor headquarter in Charlottesville, VA. Our company has been in business for over 40 years meeting our clients expectations. Majority of our work is in the multi-family sector but we also take on many projects on the commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors. Currently we are looking to bring on an experienced project manager to lead our projects. We are looking for someone that has experience in the multi-family sector and is looking to join a a company with great growth potential and culture.
What You Will Be Doing -Oversee job site
-Manage subcontractors
-Create schedules and budgets for project
-Maintain client relationship
What You Need for this Position -5 or more years of Project Manager experience
-Experience on Multi-Family projects, have commercial and industrial project experience is preferred
-Strong communication skills
