Just minutes from downtown Denver, we are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team for a multifamily project in the Englewood area and stay on for many more to come. Our projects range from commercial, to medical, to technical, we cover it all! We have received several awards for Safety Excellence, AGC Ace Award for Best Project, and strive every day to be the finest contractor in Colorado. We've been locally owned and operated since 1981 and need someone as dedicated, creative, and team-oriented as we are to achieve the highest quality of workmanship for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing Managing a multifamily build, assisting in preconstruction, subcontract preparation, scheduling, and overseeing assigned Project Engineers. You will need to foresee potential problems and avoid or resolve them before the project is impacted while working with your team. You will also be responsible for cost projections, project closeout of contracts, and change orders.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years in Project Management
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience
- Multifamily construction experience
