Business Compliance Manager - Surety at Chubb in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey

Job Description:

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:         

• Auditing of US branches for rate and underwriting compliance. 


• Manage annual audit schedule and create auditing teams. 


• Interface with Corporate Underwriting, Internal Audit and Surety Underwriting


• Ensure rate compliance and maintain and update rate filings.


• Communicate compliance and regulatory updates to Underwriting teams


• Coordinate with Surety Chief Credit Officer, Product Services and North American Compliance on rate filing matters. 


• Work with systems team on rate and compliance matters. 


• Manage reporting of various Corporate Compliance matters.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Legal Studies.


• Experience: 7+ years of business experience in Surety, Audit, Compliance or Legal.


• Specific Industry experience required: Surety experience preferred. Compliance and/or audit experience a plus. Knowledge of Chubb systems preferred.
