Responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and strategies by identifying insights that enhance business decision making capability. This includes developing or changing workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational products, programs and service to our customers.
Department Summary / Preferences:
Possess and maintains an extensive knowledge of Blue Cross and Blue Care Network business, products, programs, corporate organizational structure.
• Possess exemplary knowledge of basic research principles/methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and experience to communicate with other business units in a clear and concise manner.
• The ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• The capability to investigate, recommend, communicate, and implement solutions which resolve identified problems.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, and participate in workgroups.
• Capacity to manage and monitor multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Skilled in research, analysis, problem identification and evaluation of data to note existing and potential trends, issues, and make recommendations for operational improvements.
• Experience working with medical claims; including ICD-10 CM, HCPCS, and CPT codes.
