Currently, we are looking for a top-performingExecutive Housekeeper.

We're looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping manager to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You'll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high cleanliness and sanitation protocol standards, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. We highly encourage you to apply if you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience.

Some Key Areas of Responsibility include:

  • Develop, maintain & enforce the Housekeeping Standard of Operations

  • Communicate with all Managers/Directors about the needs of each outlet or facility

  • Assist in setup & maintain a solid vendor base

  • Create and maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports

  • Perform billing and A/P functions

  • Forecast and manage payroll

  • Oversee inventory and manage quality control

  • Manage associates: interview, hire, train, counsel, and evaluate performance

  • Train associates

  • Inspect facilities

  • Communicate all pertinent information to department staff

  • Perform hands-on housekeeping duties when needed


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED

  • Experience in customer service

  • Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Organizational and follow-up skills

  • Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills

  • Requires a high degree of problem-solving abilities

  • Requires excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to get along well with others, demonstrate flexibility and patience, work as a member of a team

  • Professional demeanor in both mannerism and appearance

  • Maintain proper associate uniform standards and footwear which are slip resistant, enclosed toe, and heel

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear

  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
