End User Technology Analyst - State Street Global Advisors, AVP at State Street in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

The End User Technology Analyst-AVP will be part of the State Street Global Advisors Technology & Transformation Organization working for the Office of the CTO under the Service Delivery Team, located in Boston, MA.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Program Leader with 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, able to lead and drive end user driven technology projects. The role will provide project / program management oversight for build and run activities; improving Equip Factor survey results, migration and adoption of current & new technologies, and writing IT communications and coordinating training to educate users on technologies.

As End User Technology Analyst, you will:


  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to understand and document the results from the all-employee survey for Equip Factors to prioritize and track technology improvement initiatives and corresponding employee experience requirements.

  • Develop a deep understanding of survey results and end user tickets to gain insights into the scope of support needed to improve service delivery.

  • Partner with leaders in Corporate IT to implement future technology strategy to improve employee experience.

  • Primary point of contact for all service delivery communications and oversight to establish, maintain and communicate status on projects and communicated in staff, leadership and town hall meetings.

  • Ensure that documentation, standard operating procedures, and methodologies are in place to support daily operations specific to: new hire onboarding/ offboarding, mobile support, application support, for on call support, conference room upgrades and etc.

  • Oversee build and run projects activities for establishing roadmaps, benchmarks data analysis, metrics, and writing communications to build awareness for continuous service improvement

  • Facilitate and work with subject matter experts onsite to resolve issues, effecting end users related to technology like conference rooms, workstations, wi-fi, mobile devices and etc.

  • Understanding of Incident Management principles with the ability to apply them in a consistent and effective manner.


These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience working with different business departments like finance, investments, trading, operations, technology and etc., within the Financial Services industry, delivering the highest level of customer service.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving and delivering and executing on multiple projects through all aspects of business requirements analysis, definition, communication, assessment, and validation.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization through leading meetings, preparing and delivering presentations and writing email communications.

  • Desired experience with ITIL and Process Improvement methodologies and end user support best practices.

  • Experience working with global project teams.


Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required.

  • Minimum 2 to 7 years' experience leading and delivering multiple projects on time and on budget.

  • Knowledge of Service Delivery Support specific to service desk and end user support.

  • Quality experience in DMAIC, LEAN or Agile experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Visio and Quality Tools.

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
