Summary:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for developing relationships with current and potential customers to sell Imperative Chemical Partners. This position will play a key role in ensuring new business is won and transitioned too Imperative. The Business Development Representative is required to have thorough knowledge of specialty chemical products and solutions used in oil and gas operations. The position may also perform various duties related to evaluating and recruiting of business development and operations staff.
Job Duties:
Manage Business Development processes effectivelyFacilitate regular conversations operations and business development personnel to develop targets in areas of current operationsPlay an active role in developing strategy for key account execution, current customer expansion, and market researchDevelop meaningful relationship at various levels of corporate and field staff of production and midstream companies to create opportunities to provide chemical solutionsPossess comprehensive knowledge of specialty chemical products, applications, oil and gas well equipment and the impact of chemical treatmentMaintain awareness for further sales opportunities and coordinate with appropriate personnelPositively contribute to the improved awareness of Imperative Chemical Partners name and image within the oil and gas industryEffectively represent Imperative at conferences, trade shows, and industry eventsMentor junior company associates and communicate with supervisor on progress Other duties may be assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
High School Diploma or GED equivalentAcceptable driving record for a minimum of 3 yearsKnowledge and understanding of chemical process and utilization in yard and field operationsCustomer Service Skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:
Minimum of 3 years experience with chemical treatment in oil industryMinimum of 3 years experience in oil and gas operation5+ years leading an Organization with demonstrated success
