SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. This position requires a well-organized individual, with an eye for detail and accuracy. This person is also someone who embraces
change with a cheerful outlook and willingness to give extra effort to meet team objectives.

Duties include:
Accurately record vendor invoices and maintain documentation
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of transactions
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and team members
Adhere to department controls, procedures, and processes
Assist AP Manager with both routine and non-routine tasks
Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with integrity
Provide documentation as requested by vendors and team members
Meet stringent deadlines
Reconcile monthly vendor statements to company records
Provide documentation for audits as needed
Requirements:
2+ years experience
Thorough knowledge of accounts payable procedures; including understanding of POs and threeway matching procedures
Basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios, and
formulas
Understanding that AP provides a service to team members and suppliers, and a commitment to
provide excellent customer service
Effective communication skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Great organization, problem solving and analytical skills
Desire to meet objectives and achieve improvement objectives
NetSuite experience preferred
