We provide construction management-at risk services, as well as General Contracting and Design-Build services, to a wide variety of clients across Southwest Florida, and increasingly, across the peninsula. In our history we've completed projects range from site development, infrastructure, roadwork projects, thousands of multifamily units, and industrial renovation to the remodel of a luxury golf community's clubhouse. We're looking for a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field employees to ensure company policies and procedures are being administered on construction sites.
What You Will Be Doing - Adhere to and maintain project schedule
- Confirm conformity with design and specifications
- Communication with Client, Project Manager and Subcontractors.
- Generating RFI's
- Running weekly progress meetings
- Completing Daily Reports
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
