Sr. Contract Analyst- Onboarding Clerk- Evernorth Health Services- Remote at Cigna in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Job Description:

Responsibilities include creating, updating and maintain accurate customer master information for our clients. Identifying and developing needed process improvements to ensure complete and accurate information is entered into the system. Additionally, this position is responsible to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders in the on-boarding of new customer groups; ensuring accuracy within established deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to review complex legal agreements and identify needed action items


• Works cross functionally to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new and amended agreements related to customer onboarding


• Reviews escalated issues and takes appropriate action to resolve


• Assigns incoming requests to team work queue to appropriate representative


• Identifies opportunities for process and/or system enhancements


• Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements


• Provides training and ongoing support to team members; shares knowledge and best practices


• Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience.


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience required

Critical Skills:

• Experience analyzing data, and skilled data entry required


• Prior experience building relationships with internal customers


• Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups


• Intermediate Microsoft Office products; some experience with complex Excel formulas


• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 55,100 - 91,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
