ENGINEERED PRODUCTS TERRITORY MANAGER:

Outside sales position responsible for building the storage and material handling business in the Sacramento Pape' Material Handling region. Support by a centralized team for inside sales, major project design and project management. Requires a strong ability to communicate internally within the Pape' Group and externally with vendors and customers. Must have the ability to cultivate customers, keep the sales process moving, attention to detail and multitask between different responsibilities. Additionally, this position will assist with warehouse system design/CAD, order entry, material procurement, logistics, and project management. Prior knowledge/experience with high density storage systems and familiarity with warehousing operations is preferred.

This job entails solutions selling to executive level decision makers, including operations and warehouse leaders. This individual must be comfortable creating complex proposals and delivering at a high level. You will act as a consultant to customers looking to add or change warehouse storage systems. The position requires customer focused relationship selling built on repeat transactions and major projects. Accountable for territory profitability and follow up on leads from internal and external sources. Ability to sell the full product line including pallet rack, shelving, mezzanines, dock equipment and more is imperative. This position will also partner with Pape' Material Handling Territory Managers on joint transactions and account penetration.

This position will report directly to the Director of Sales with additional reporting responsibilities to the Sacramento Inside Sales Manager.

This position will be based in Sacramento and will require travel on a regular basis to service the customer base within the region. AutoCAD and product training will be provided.

Compensation: Base + Commission (Depending on Experience)
