Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP EAM Enterprise Applications Consultant
In the role, you will plan for and ensure quality & timelines of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis, solution development and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high-quality deliverables. • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education


• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.


• The position may require travel and/or relocation to project locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 11 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes in SAP with atleast 2 end to end S/4 HANA implementation projects in a Solution Architect role with SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM and knowledge of SAM and IAM


• In depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance and Asset Planning


• Knowledge of all master data objects required to support EAM (Bills of Material, Equipment Master, Maintenance Plans, Task List, PM Material Master, Work Center, Work/Entry Permits etc)


• Expert in Business Process Integration with PM, MM, SD, CO, FI & PP, QM modules.


• Experience with multiple project lifecycle implementations and demonstrated knowledge of best practices for custom developed software implementations at large global, multi-national companies.


• Knowledge of Interfacing/Integration with third-party systems.


• Experience in building SAP high level application roadmaps (SAP, non-SAP).


• Experience in identifying the best solution among all available choices to solve the existing business problems by carefully reviewing and analyzing the business, functional, and technical requirements.


• Experience leading as liaison to other Implementation workstreams on process and technical integration issues.


• Provide solution recommendations and help drive resolution of major process and technical build issues within and across process teams, specifically where there is a significant degree of integration


• Expertise in handling interfaces with various systems (both internal and external to the organization)


• Exposure of handling IDocs (EDI), background job, SAP system life cycle, testing


• Expertise in handling requirements from different customs offices around the world


• Hands-on experience in planning and facilitating blueprint workshops.


• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology


• Good Analytical and Communication skills


• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.


• Experience in leading global teams

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
