The Manager Pediatric Transport Services must have previous clinical transport team experience. The Critical Care Transport Manager will join a highly-recognized healthcare organization committed to providing excellent care to patients. This Transport Manager will report directly to the Director of Transport and assist the team in overseeing critical care transport needs for over 33 counties in the surrounding area. Responsibilities for this role include leading a team of staff, overseeing all hiring/training/certifications of the team, ensuring quality and standard of care metrics are met and upheld, working closely with all members of the interdisciplinary teams (ICU RN's, ICU leadership, ICU physicians, etc) to ensure adequate outcomes and communication, and develop education related training for team members to further their learning.
