The Contract Specialist is responsible for development and execution of Field and Corporate Performance Metrics, research support for audit requests, timely review of credit & rebill requests, resolves Pricing Help Desk inquiries, and support of Order-to-Cash System integrations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Development and Execution of Field and Corporate Performance Metrics


• Development of RFP Database


• Review of Credit and Rebill requests


• Support of Order-to-Cash System integrations


• Research for external and internal audits

• Microsoft Office Suite as well as sales reporting software preferred (Cognos and Access).


• Friendly, Strong Customer Service Urgency and Orientation


• DCS, some XA experience preferred. Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.

Education/Experience Requirements

• B.S. in Accounting/Finance or related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in an analyst or accounting role strongly preferred.


• Strong analytical, oral and written communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.


• Strong Excel experience
