ABOUT YOU:

THE POSITION:

As the Quality Control Auditor in our Watertown, SD facility you will be responsible for analyzing, inspecting, testing, and/or measuring materials, products, installations, and work for conformance to product specifications. You would use precision measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers, to collect data and then report results that will assist in making the decision whether the part meets or does not meet requirements. In addition, you would audit products, processes, and documentation and recommend improvements. This position works Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. We offer a competitive base wage of $18.50/hr to $25.65/hr, depending on experience, plus bonus! YOUR TEAM:

You would be a member of the Quality department and would report directly to the Quality Engineering Supervisor who is also based in our Watertown, SD facility. Your team will also have a Quality Control Engineer who reports to the Quality Engineering Supervisor, and an APQ Engineer who reports to the Director of Quality. The Director of Quality is based in our Monticello, MN facility but supports all three locations and is onsite multiple times each month.  

YOUR IMPACT:

As an intern with the TCDC quality department, you will provide support and feedback as the liaison between the production floor and quality team. You will also provide an outside perspective to processes and improvements.
