Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Department Administration Manager in Peachtree Corners! You will provide leadership and administrative support to staff, department, and management. Position overview:



  • Oversee a team of approximately 5-10 administration and/or billing staff

  • Directly influence improving and ensuring adherence to processes, procedures and policies related to all administrative functions of a well-established commercial electronic security integration business

  • Must be hands-on to effectively learn and be able to perform the processes that manage our business and to ensure staff performance accountabilities for: Customer Service, Sales Order Entry, Contracts, Billing, Credit, A/P, A/R, Job Costing, Invoicing and Auditing

  • Utilize company software and proprietary systems to timely generate, format and distribute Division financial reports (daily, weekly and monthly) for Senior Management’s review of current operational status compared to meeting overall performance objectives

  • Hold monthly administrative team meetings, support and participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding personnel and promote and participate in activities supporting team building, health and wellness and volunteering in our community

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications:



  • Business degree preferred with minimum three (3) years of Office Management / Administrative Operations Management experience coupled with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative office experience with knowledge of C/S, Sales Order Entry, Contracts, A/P, A/R, billing, invoicing, call taking/scheduling and auditing. Minimum requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent coupled with a minimum of six (6) years of management experience

  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire

  • Computer proficient; MS Office Suite is a must and use of an ERP System is a plus

  • Successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer relation skills, high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen sense for detail
