III Corps MTC- Technical Integration Lead at General Dynamics Information Technology in Fort Hood, Texas

Job Description:

The primary functions of the U.S. Army's III Corps Technical Integration Lead are managing the technical and network resources across the III Corps Mission Training Complex (MTC) and ensuring each MTC has the technical, simulation, and network support required to support Mission Command training requirements within the live, virtual, and constructive training environments and the integration of these environments. The Technical Integration Lead will focus on technical and network requirements at each MTC such as integrated classrooms, server status and training, Risk Management Framework (RMF) currency, and Authority To Operate (ATO) certification. The Technical Integration Lead will routinely travel to all III Corps MTCs to insure standardization and report to the Task Order Manager (TOM) on all technical, certification/accreditation statuses, and RMF requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree


• Background of at least 8 years experience with military training and training support


• Has previously served at a Mission Training Complex (MTC) as a Site Manager, Simulation Support Team Lead, MCIS Lead Instructor, or Network Engineer


• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership position at an MTC


• Secret Clearance


• In-depth knowledge of virtual training simulators and constructive simulations experience
