The Director of Women’s and Infant Services will manage 100+ FTEs consisting of Registered Nurses, Techs, Support Staff, Nurse Supervisors, and other tenured L&D staff. This Director will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Responsibilities in the role of RN Director of Women’s and Infant Services include directing patient care, managing a high performing team, consulting with staff, and interpreting hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met.
