Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Hospital Pharmacy Director will oversee the daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy, manage pharmacy staff, oversee pharmacy fiscal budget, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. The Pharmacy Director will work directly with pharmacy leadership, external vendors, and pharmacy personnel.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy


• Licensed as a Pharmacist in Texas Eligible for TX Pharmacist License 


• Minimum of five years hospital pharmacy, including two years of management or supervisory experience.
