  • Ensuring all haulers are within insurance parameters and compliance
  
  
  • Creates new vendors, sends out driver packets, reviews for accuracy, tracks packages, and submits them to safety for final review.
  
  
  • Document management of DOT, CDL compliance, and certifications. Monitors and sends emails to vendors regarding insurance expiration dates.
  
  
  • GPS compliance and inventory administration
  
  
  • Hauler trucking audits and tracking
  
  
  • Review and approve timesheets and track vacation and sick time.
  
  
  • Performs various accounting clerical tasks such as filing, typing, verifying mathematical accuracy, assigning distribution codes.
  
  
  • Maintains records on logistics assets; assists with hired hauler payroll corrections.
  
  
  • Maintains records for all internal CDL drivers and haul trucks
  
  
  • Distribute, review, and maintain the hired hauler insurance packets
  
  
  • Process journal entries regarding hauler corrections.
  
  
  • Complete month-end tasks in adherence to strict deadlines.
  
  
  • Assist with the hauler and internal trucking payroll and ensure accuracy
  
  
  • Generate reports for logistics reporting and meeting items
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with FMCSA, defensive driving, MVR review, driver onboarding, Dot medical cards, IRP, IFTA, Safe driver bonus, samsara reporting, Truck certifications
  
  
  • Potential dispatching when needed
  
  
  • Abides by all Barriere safety regulations
