Core Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

Primary Functions

• Release customer orders and IBTs from CSW to be picked


• Ship parcel orders via FedEx Café and freight orders via LTL and FTL carriers as necessary


• Expedite same day services using local couriers as necessary


• Interact with customer service regarding orders that need to ship and any tracking requests needed


• Monitor email to ensure order and tracking requests are recognized and acted upon


• Operate MHE as needed to pick orders

Secondary Functions

• Ability to receive product via POs in CSW system


• Ability to put away product using RF devices


• Identify any discrepancies during receiving and put away and work with the appropriate TMs to correct
