GPIis seeking a civil site engineering project manager for our growing New England operations in any of our New Hampshire or Massachusetts offices. We have a backlog of exciting projects ranging from residential developments to large warehouse projects and everything in between. What Youll Be Doing:
Managing challenging and varying land development projectsLead a team of experienced engineers and techniciansMentoring junior staffCommunicating with clients and local and state agencies and attending public hearingsManaging project scopes, schedules, and budgetsWriting contracts and reviewing invoicesEnsuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documentsPreparing construction drawings, plans, and project specificationsPerforming hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
What You Bring to the Table:
BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited programExperience in land development design, including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment controlExperience in project management or the ambition to become a project managerCommunication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies
Qualifications:
PE license is preferred, and EIT is requiredKnowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3DExperience in HydroCAD
