Job Description:

Basic Job Functions:



The Maintenance Machinist is a member of the maintenance team primarily responsible for repair and maintenance of tooling set ups for boltmakers and drawing. The role of the Maintenance Machinist is also to work as part of the maintenance team on repair and maintenance of all facility equipment, including inspections, preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and execution of overall improvements to the Fastener Division. Operation of heavy equipment, such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and jib cranes may also be necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• One (1) year general machining experience OR education in a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Leadership Experience


• Prior Mechanical Maintenance Experience


• Welding Experience: MIG, TIG, ARC, and stainless steel welding techniques


• Industrial Electrical Experience
