TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst II in Germantown, TN.The Senior Financial Analyst for FP&A, Transformation, and Accounting is playing an integral role in preparing financial analyses, presentations, reports, scenarios, and budgets as well as forecast for the OU. Additionally, the position supports the accounting and reporting team in preparation of various deliverables for the BA, BU and month end close activities. This is an integral and visible role within the Finance and FP&A team, which will work closely with a small group of peers and senior leaders routinely and has recurring interactions with the Company's Leadership. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Own and maintain financial models, rolling forecasts, and tracking of risks and opportunities
Build from scratch detailed financial models and other analyses based on data driven assumptions to develop budget scenarios
Own quality assurance and accuracy of various interrelated financial models, analyses, and reports provided to Executive Management
Lead preparation of presentations for Senior and Executive Management to facilitate discussion of corporate opportunities and other strategic business initiatives
Own various presentations that follow a data-supported approach, allowing Leadership to understand and present detailed analyses to varying stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of the 3 year strategic budget and associated analyses for budgeting, forecasting, and planning process
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and associated analyses for budgeting, forecasting, and planning process
Continuously refine projections, analyze variances/ KPI performance against expectations, and share insights that will enable Management to make fully informed business decisions
Lead execution and support various financial analyses of strategic and operational initiatives, metrics and KPIs
Provide actionable recommendations for identified potential issues and concerns in respect to deliverables, processes, and gained insight
Develop, lead, and manage complex but efficient processes to ensure timely reporting of results and future forecasts.
Build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively to coordinate completion of cross-functional deliverables
Recommend, develop, and implement best practices, process improvements, and repeatable and scalable procedures providing efficiency and flexibility in meeting reporting requirements
Ad-hoc analyses and additional responsibilities as required
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree is required; MBA, CFA and/or CPA Certification preferred
7+ years of experience in similar FP&A, Financial Analysis or Accounting roles
Ability to analyze complex financial and strategic issues and communicate findings to the executive and management team verbally and in writing
Demonstrated experience to learn quickly, see the bigger picture, think laterally, and connect the dots
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Capability of leveraging knowledge of financial and operational metrics to translate respective developments into the impact on financial statements
