Job Description:

Controlled Contamination Services (CCS) has been a national provider of facility solutions, technical and decontamination services, since 1993. Our clients are in the Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense and Aerospace industries. The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to new employees in the onboarding and training process. Assist site management in shift management/scheduling coverage to ensure sufficient staffing to support site operations. Provide post recruitment support by assisting in contacting candidates to ensure a timely and efficient onboarding process. Support/coordinate site specific/position specific job training for site staff.

Schedule: Full Time- Monday-Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm

  • Ensure new employees complete appropriate pre-hire process/paperwork
  • In collaboration with Human Resource team, assist new team members in onboarding training through hands-on support at the job site
  • Maintain a 95% training completion rate for site employees for all essential training coursework
  • In support of CCS recruiting team, contact/communicate with candidates to support hiring process through guidance/navigation of the paperwork/hiring/documentation needs
  • Maintain site specific work shift schedules by ensuring sufficient coverage on each shift
  • Provide support of work-orders by tracking completion
  • Create reports for work order completion on a weekly basis
  • Provide administrative support to site manager by assisting in creation of daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Other duties as assigned by Site Manager


  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish - Fluent
  • Excellent computer skills required for SolidWorks/3d design, Microsoft Office Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills & conflict resolution skills, preferred
  • Customer service and problem-solving experience, preferred
  • Current driver's license with a clean driving record, required
  • GED or higher education, preferred



BA/BS preferred 2-3 years of Administrative experience in customer or facility service fields is a plus.

  • Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
