What will I be doing?

The Senior Manager, Brand F&B will play a leading role in managing Americas Brand F&B enterprise-level projects, ranging from scalable development resources (scalable brands and prototypes) to program resources (i.e. retail/breakfast) and deployment of such projects to the field. Whilst doing so the Senior Manager is responsible for internal and external communication on enterprise projects with a focus on F&B Retail, running department-wide project budgets, timelines, and conduct internal and external stakeholder management!

More specifically you will:


  • Work directly with Brand teams and Brand F&B brand leads to build out robust enterprise programming and development resources for our brands including essential programs around retail, bar, breakfast, and M&E
  • Act as Americas Brand F&B (all brands) enterprise point of contact on F&B Retail development and deployment and work with Brand F&B disciplines on the development and coordination of retail programs
  • Independently run Prototype/Scalable brand projects, balancing involvement of F&B/Design leads and navigate collaborator decision making
  • Own all aspects of communication and deployment of enterprise projects to end-users such as hotel and ownership community, working with brand F&B, brand, communication, and owner relations experts
  • Contribute to the creative development of enterprise communication tools & channels. I.e. StiR Website, Pitch decks
  • Develop Enterprise Project Management and administrative tool and process to manage project tasks, timelines, and team member visibility
  • Drive a consistent process of communication to brand and senior leadership on enterprise projects relevant to their brand
  • Administrate the Global Brand F&B, Small Discretionary project funds, and budget. To improve transparency and utilization of our yearly project funding
  • Lead visual identity development and F&B branding processes including original brand concept creation and external agency management
  • Support special F&B projects including product development and event management as needed
  • Develop strategy and tools to deploy and promote enterprise resources to hotels, owners, and internal audiences
  • Reasonable tasks as decided by business needs

  • Deep understanding of current hospitality brands, F&B concepts, restaurant/bar design, trends
  • Creative capacity to lead brand visual ID projects
  • Ability to long-term develop and deploy complex projects within in a matrix environment, effectively manage multiple partners
  • Persuasive communication skills, to positively influence Hilton's partners and can communicate effectively and with diplomacy at all levels
  • Ability to handle change, resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; includes maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
  • Total discretion and confidentiality regarding critical information
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with others
  • Outstanding ability to assemble general project budget and timeline, and coordinate and prioritize projects through execution to launch
  • Outstanding project management, organizational, and collaboration skills and ability to prioritize several projects at once
  • Ability to work independently and lead independent work within larger groups as appropriate
  • Able to travel as required

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of enterprise project and project management experience, preferably in hospitality or related consumer-facing product sector
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Degree or academic study in Hotel Management, Culinary, Brand Graphic / Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing/Branding
