Manufacturing Engineer II: • Experience in an Engineering field such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, machining, or power systems • Experience with manufacturing and distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance and facilities • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software • Experience in a role that required demonstration of good written and verbal communications skills • Experience with shop floor manufacturing, incentive pay systems and work measurement • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to support operations as needed
Manager is looking for candidates with Industrial Engineering backgrounds with time studies experience. Ideal candidate will have 1 or more years' experience as Manufacturing Engineer. Interviews will be conducted via phone, onsite or MS Teams. This position will work onsite on the first day. Will need metatarsals for first day, business casual dress code. Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position. Driving a Deere owned Gator after completing training may be available.
