Job Description:

The Legal Analyst will facilitate assigned projects under the direction of a managing paralegal responsible for supporting the Corporate Secretary function at Inmar. In addition, this position will communicate progress, evaluate and refine results, and serve as a liaison between the company and internal clients and investors. Projects will be heavily administrative and data driven.

This is a hybrid position located out of our Winston Salem, NC corporate headquarters.

Primary Accountabilities:

Analytical (80%)


  • Help facilitate equity management and transaction processes and provides guidance to legal in regards to equity within the organization

  • Review large volumes of data from equity database, filter for specific conditions, tabulate and translate data into digestible communications for internal clients and investors.

  • Track, organize and summarize responses from internal and external clients. Assist manager with completing related tasks in a timely manner

Administrative (20%)


  • Relay refined data to internal clients;

  • Report progress and results on status of equity-related projects in a consistent manner; and Field inquiries from internal clients and investors, and assist with any potential issues.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 1-3 years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills

  • Competent with Google Suite

  • Ability to learn new software products

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
