Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

 

New England ABA (NEABA), a Stepping Stones Group Company, is urgently hiring for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Braintree, MA, and the surrounding areas. Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Duties


  • Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings. 


  • Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments. 


  • Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). 


  • Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions. 


  • Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management. 


  • Offer clinical direction, training, and support to NEABA ABA Behavior Technicians. 


  • Provide supervised, professional experience to NEABA staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.


 

Requirements


  • Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)


  • Flexible to work with combined home, school, and center caseloads


  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills


  • Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).


  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment


  • Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
