3M is seeking Maintenance Mechanics on third shifts for our DeKalb, IL location.  

Responsibilities: 

• Problem solves for innovative and cost savings solutions


• Trouble shoot and repair issues that arise


• Assist with onsite vendor management


• Participate in reviews for new equipment and/or technology


• Knowledgeable in SAP Plant Maintenance System Support


• Knowledgeable in SAP ERSA Stockroom management


• Assist with tasks to ensure safety across campus


• Working hours:
  • Third shift: 10:30pm – 6:20am, Monday (Sunday night start is considered Monday) through Friday with weekends as required
  
  

Required:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Desired:

• Two (2) years of Maintenance experience


• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks


• Effective verbal and written communication skills and listening skills


• Flexible to adapt to changing and varying work requirements


• Able to effectively use SAP systems
