Buyer

DART First State has immediate job opening for a Buyer in Wilmington, Delaware.  The Buyer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and identifying and procuring goods and services for Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC). The Buyer reviews material needs of the organization and identifies service providers who can supply these goods, negotiate prices, and arrange for the purchase and delivery of the goods.
