SUMMARY: The Product Manager - Internal Applications is responsible for supporting the development and evolution of internal applications within the organization. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive agile practices, and ensure effective testing and release processes for internal app solutions.
The Product Manager will work remotely and must have a suitable home office environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, implement, and improve functional and user-based features and functionality for internal revenue applications
Serve as a technical resource to clarify and define technical requirements for development initiatives and projects
Own the agile process, including JIRA management, planning, grooming, and retrospectives for assigned products
Evaluate and recommend third-party technology relationships, research quality vendors and products, and coordinate technical evaluations and implementation planning.
Resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, bugs, and production issues.
Conduct internal and external training, create documentation, and provide technical end-user support.
Develop commercial and technical product documentation, including ownership of the Product Confluence structure.
Monitor and analyze product performance data, providing insights and seeking optimization opportunities for product performance and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in agile product development/management, with a focus on solution testing and release, test scripts and automation, and JIRA/Atlassian backlog management
2+ years of experience in a highly technical role focused on solution validation and testing
Experience working with JavaScript/CSS/HTML, SQL, JIRA/Atlassian, Confluence, Google Ad Manager, Tableau, BigQuery, or similar tools supporting quality assurance practices
Experience in technical writing, including product requirements, test plans, release notes, and version logging
Strategic thinking and a passion for delivering high-quality products and solutions
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build positive relationships across the organization
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $59,400 and $122,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
