The Team

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Network Performance Management to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Network Engineering & Technology Solutions team. The Network Engineering & Technology Solutions team designs, maintains, and monitors active network connectivity and performance. Day to day you will own end-to-end network performance responsibilities including network testing, system acceptance, customer integration, commissioning, network optimization, and onboarding. As a Senior Engineer, you will partner cross-functionally to ensure completed networks meet or exceed technical and customer performance requirements and deliver exceptional customer experience. You will handle multiple venues, playing a vital technical role for successfully meeting project milestones and maintaining the reliability and consistency of network performance, through the useful life of the network.
