Job Description:

Roll Form Group, a Division of Samuel (RFG) has supplied heavy roll formed product to major industries for over 45 years. The company was established in 1967 as Canadian Metal Rolling Mills (CMRM) in conjunction with Samuel, Son & Co., Limited. Samuel is known in North America as one of the largest metals distributors and processors, with a history beginning in Toronto, Canada in 1855.

With locations in both Canada and the United States, and with access to the Samuel distribution and transportation network, RFG services projects nationwide -- on-time and on-budget.

Key Accountabilities

• Machine trouble shooting and repair.                                                                                    


• Perform routine machine inspection and maintenance.                                                                                


• Perform machine preventative maintenance checks/procedures as required per the PM schedule (per QP 8)                                                                                                


• Tool repair and maintenance as required in order to maintain production.                                          


• Follow the Health and Safety procedures and report any safety related issues to management. 


• Support Production, Shipping and any other assigned areas with support in order to maintain operation.                                                                                                


• Follow all safety rules and requirements with in the facility


• Electrical repairs, power voltage, ability to work with up to 480 volts, install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues, including pneumatics and hydraulics.


• Fabrication as required by supervisor. 


• Any other duties assigned by supervisor or management team                                                                  
  

Requirements: Ability to work in a team setting or individually with minimum supervision. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shift flexibility required.

Qualifications High school diploma required, plus 2-5 years of job-related experience.

Work Environment: Manufacturing shop floor
