The Team

We are seeking a Vice President of FP&A to join American Tower's U.S. Tower division’s Financial Planning & Analysis team, within the Finance organization. The VP of FP&A is a key leadership role that serves as the primary interface between Finance and U.S. Tower division and Corporate leaders. You will oversee and execute the strategies for each functional area, including FP&A and Finance Data Analytics. You will lead a team that serves as the primary finance partner to senior vice presidents and other leaders within the organization, to establish annual budget guidance and monthly forecast processes, provide supporting earnings call materials for the Investor Relations team, and help drive key initiatives such as finance transformation. The Vice President of FP&A is responsible for having an in-depth understanding of U.S. Tower businesses and products and providing financial information and analyses that facilitates business operations and decision-making. The VP of FP&A is responsible for ensuring the U.S. Tower division’s performance is well understood and that accurate information is provided internally and externally.
