Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Wiring Engineering Manager located in Farmington Hills, MI.

Reporting to the Director, Wire Harness Engineering, the Wiring Engineering Manager role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage a team of hardware development staff.


• Complete goal setting and evaluations of teams. Provide ongoing and effective feedback to staff.


• Ensure that the team is organized effectively to effectively and efficiently develop products.


• Manage work assignments based on resource skill set, capabilities and business need.


• Champion business practices, processes and procedures in order to fulfill customer’s requirements and expectations.


• Maintain team work products in an accurate repository so that ISO standards are met and that any build can be reproduced later.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering


• Strong leadership experience with a proven track record mentoring and growing a team


• Experience with wiring/routing


• Excellent customer relationship experience


• Detailed expertise in very complex functional/technical areas
