What you will enjoy doing*

• You will work with the leaders to identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses


• You will translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path


• Further, you will build annual training program and prepare teaching plans, and deliver training courses


• You will also develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals


• In this role, you will direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results


• This position will help acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions


• You will be assessing training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior, and periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

What makes you great

• You possess a bachelor's with 4+ years of experience OR MS/MA/MBA with 0-3 years of experience OR 12+ years of directly related human resources, education and/or training experience


• You will need a high proficiency with MS Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams


• This position requires a high level of knowledge of instructional design theory, learning principles, and full training cycle


• You will need a familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques, and with talent management and succession planning


• You need the ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI


• You are a preferred candidate with experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment and/or with 3+ years of training/learning and development
