Devops Engineer at Infosys Limited in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Devops Engineer This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Philadelphia, PA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require 20% travel in the US.
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
4+ years of Information Technology experience
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DevOps Professional with 4 + years of experience in the IT industry as a Linux/Cloud/DevOps Engineer with broad skills in System administration, Code migration, Configuration management, Infrastructure automation, Build/Release management, and Cloud management.


• Minimum 4 + years of experience with configuration management and automation tools like Ansible and Terraform


• Expertise with Ansible automation execution environment such as Ansible Tower and AWX.


• Minimum 4 + years of experience with python scripting


• Minimum 4 + years of experience with cloud platforms including AWS,Openstack.


• Minimum 4 + years of experience in using and maintaining CI/CD tools such as Concourse, and Jenkins.


• Minimum 4 + years of experience in using DOCKER, PODMAN tools.


• Expertise in using build tools like MAVEN for building deployable artifacts like jar,war from source code.


• Good understanding of Cloud Environments like AWX, OPENSTACK platforms. Extensively worked creating and deploying instance in both platforms.


• Experience on AWX platform including EC2 instance, S3 Buckets, EBS, VPC, Security Groups.


• Minimum 2 years' experience in HASHICORP VAULT secrete manager tools and its Authentication best practices.


• Minimum 4years experience using DevOps toolchain and container orchestrations such as Kubernetes or Docker.


• Minimum 4 + years' experience in Linux systems administration, RHEL7 and RHEL8.


• Ability to jointly manage resources, perform moderately complex tasks and resolve complex systems problems.


• The ability to prioritize tasks and multitask as needed.


• Ability to communicate professionally and collegially with technical and management colleagues and team members.


• Clear understanding of DEVOPS life cycles and Provides expertise to the Projects
