Overview:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the management & administration of all employee benefits programs such as pension and 401(k) plans; medical & dental plans; term life insurance plans; temporary disability programs; accidental death policies, wellness plans and other related benefit plans. They will be responsible for managing complex benefit policies and feel comfortable in supporting a remote and in-person work force across North America.
