Job Description:

The Customer Delivery Experience Project Manager sits as the interface between 3 groups: GSC operations, Sales, and our Customers. Their mission is to translate customer pain points with delivery and order management into tangible changes within the supply chain, ultimately driving higher levels of customer satisfaction.

The candidate should be able to multitask, set priorities, and identify and execute new opportunities to improve delivery quality. They will also have a robust understanding of the tools and processes that our manufacturing and logistic sites leverage to deliver to our customers.

What will you do?
• Responsible for animating several aspects of the Customer Delivery Experience program
o Leading/influencing numerous internal stakeholders regarding the customer delivery experience (e.g. Customer Care Center, Warehouse Operations, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, etc), also collaborate directly with customers
o Engaging with the different businesses to understand our customers and their expectations from the supply chain (lead times, capabilities, pain points, feedback)
o Translate that feedback into actions and projects to drive improvement in the customer delivery experience (e.g. Customer Care Center, Warehouse Operations, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, Transportation, Planning, Line of Business, etc).
o Ability to lead improvement projects and guide others who are leading improvement projects
• Research our competition to understand their capabilities and where the supply chain should focus to bring future value
• Interact with the local and global skills networks

What qualifications will make you successful?
o Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
o 3+ years' experience in Project Management, Supply Chain and/or Logistics
o Ability to adapt and learn in a fast paced environment
o Demonstration of collaboration skills, building effective partnership across teams, influencing others
o Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization, as well as direct customer interactions
o Data Analytic skills (i.e. summarizing and interpreting data)
o 8D / LSS preferred
o Willing to travel up to 10%
