Job Description:

The Regional General Manager, Western Region, Rolls-Royce will be responsible for maximizing opportunities in order to achieve preset goals of new and used cars and wholesale targets within the Western Region and to increase dealer performance by managing marketing related activities. These targets are to be achieved by directing and executing marketing and event strategies to develop awareness and acceptance of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars brand, promoting the RRMC products, and by generating customers and customer prospects.

Other duties include strategizing to develop and improve the Dealer Network while also overseeing Customer Satisfaction. This position will work to provide the appropriate retail network with right partners, in appropriate locations, and with the correct level of investment. In addition, this position is responsible for reviewing sales plans and initiatives that will maximize profit and will review strategies and opportunities for improvement with the Dealers. This position will maintain an active presence in the development of wholesale and retail initiatives. This position also requires occasional weekend event support and ability to travel internationally as needed.

The pay range for this role is: $114,067.00 - $142,318.00.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree ideally in business or communications or equivalent work experience

  • 5-7 years' experience in sales planning or analysis roles.

  • Keen knowledge of automotive sales, operations & processes, and competitive environment.

  • Excellent analytic and presentation skills (advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint experience).

  • Experience in Marketing, Event Management and/or Public Relations

  • Basic Knowledge of automotive Finance and the retail Financing business

  • Understanding of Franchise operations and Franchise laws

  • Experience establishing business plans and providing operational consultation
