Join Glumac as a Senior HR/People Operations Programs Lead and lead the charge in shaping a workplace of excellence.

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for creating and administering impactful people programs? Glumac, A Tetra Tech Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our People and Development team as a Sr. HR/People Operations Programs Lead to collaborate as a key member of the People and Development team to drive organizational effectiveness through the creation and administration of key programs and priority initiatives. With an opportunity to focus on Training & Development, Recognition & Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Mentoring, and Performance Management, this role requires a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in corporate environments, preferably the AEC industry, building, deploying and driving such programs.

In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and administering dynamic helping us evolve our employee experience. From creating impactful training sessions to conducting insightful data analysis, your contributions will be key to our continuous improvement. Your involvement in policy development, along with administering components aimed at nurturing a positive company culture, will play a vital role in expanding our employee value proposition for the future of Glumac. Under the guidance of the Director of the People and Development team, you'll passionately advocate for the adoption of new programs, and actively contribute to the establishment of a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Additional Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior HR/People Operations Programs Lead.

• Strong background in Training & Development, Recognition & Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Mentoring, and Performance Management.

• Exceptional data analysis, precision, and reporting skills.

• Outstanding ability to build trust, manage relationships with integrity.

• Ideal candidate will have experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry or a background in working within an engineering environment.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
